Allen County Warrant Records Allen County Warrant Records

Allen County warrant information is split between the courts, the elected Clerk, and the Sheriff. Indiana has no single public statewide criminal-warrant search. This private reference resource organizes the official portals, phone routes, and record contacts so residents can begin with the office that actually holds the answer.

Why We Built This Site

Allen Circuit Court and the Allen Superior Courts issue and control court orders. The Clerk of the Allen Circuit and Superior Courts keeps the official files, while the Allen County Sheriff Warrants & Fugitive Division serves warrants and confirms current status. MyCase supplies public case context but is not a complete warrant index. Allen/New Haven City Court was abolished in 2018, and no current standalone municipal criminal court was found in the official state list. Bringing those distinctions together reduces the risk of treating one empty search as proof that no warrant exists.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Indiana court, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now

Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
